We briefly caught up with Location Sound Recordist Nadir Fleishman after getting back from locations in Rajasthan and working on a commercial for web in Israel. The locations were mostly outdoors and he used The Windkiller (M) to get the best out of his go-to shotgun mic, the Sennheiser MKH 416.
About The Windkiller, he had this to say:
"Luckily there was not too much wind most of the time, but I used it on a beach on a very windy day and it was fantastic!"
Nadir gets around a lot and was kind enough to send us these photos from a trip to India last year, where he also put The Windkiller through its paces with great results.
